My name is Ilyssa and this is my website.
I’ve tried this before, I must warn you, many times. You see, I used to be a chronic “starter” and prolific “non-finisher.”
That is what this space is all about. Holding myself compassionately accountable in becoming the woman God has designed me to be by committing to an active pursuit of happiness and health, which are synonyms in my book. On certain days this journey will look differently, I am ok with that, I hope you are too.
Here you will find my documentation of anything and everything I encounter in my pursuit of joy. I’m inspired to discover the capital T truth when it comes to Body (external life), Mind (internal life) and Soul (eternal life).

- Strive for the rainbow on your plate
