Guiding women out of their minds and back to their bodies
Belly dance has been one of the greatest expressions of femininity, strength, and embodied connection in my life. To me, it is the ultimate female somatic experience—a rigorous and joyful form of exercise, a culturally rich and complex art form, and a celebration of the uniquely feminine body in all its beauty and power.

In a world where so many women feel disconnected from their bodies, I believe we desperately need spaces that invite us to slow down, feel ourselves again, and remember that there is profound strength, beauty, and wisdom in simply being female.

With more than a decade of experience dancing and performing in MENAHT establishments, leading fitness classes, and studying a variety of movement modalities, I bring a multidimensional approach to my teaching that blends traditional belly dance with principles of fitness, mobility, body awareness, and mindful movement.

My goal is not simply to teach women how to dance, but to help them reclaim a relationship with their bodies—one that feels unapologetically feminine.
